Alex Ralys, DO

Dr. Alexander Ralys is an osteopathic physician with a strong foundation in healthcare administration, compliance management, and healthcare advocacy.. He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from LECOM College of Medicine in 2017. Prior to attending medical school, he obtained a Master of Science in Medical Sciences from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He attended family medicine residency at Orange Park Medical Center, where he also served as a Graduate Medical Education Coordinator. Dr. Ralys has also contributed to medical literature, co-authoring a retrospective studies In infectious disease and cancer biology.

Dr. Ralys currently serves as a Primary Care Physician and Director of Healthcare Equality at eMed Multispecialty Group. In addition to clinical care, he currently has an active role in practice management, overseeing office operations, workflow development, partnership development, credentialing, and payer contracting. He also founded North Florida Credentialing, a Jacksonville-based consulting firm supporting infrastructure development through credentialing, contracting, revenue cycle optimization, and compliance services to providers across Florida.

With a longstanding commitment to health equity, Dr. Ralys focuses his clinical work on providing inclusive care to underinsured and underserved populations. His approach is informed by his public health training, global health experiences, and a dedication to eliminating healthcare disparities. Blending evidence-based practice with patient-centered empathy, his mission remains to address and eliminate community disparities through community-rooted partnerships.
