What are the requirements for the weight loss shot program?

To participate in the weight loss program, patients must be at or join Emed Primary Care and have simple Lab work done every three months. Patients can use their health insurance for this. If they don’t have Health Insurance, they can pay $150 for the office visit, which includes face-to-face time with the provider, and lab work, which includes a CBC, COMP, and TSH.
